What the data says
- The tracker recorded the book’s edge flipping at 11:00:02 AM ET on November 2 and again at 11:00:01 AM ET on November 3.
- The November 3 release carried availability for December 2, and it was gone by 11:20 AM ET.
- A newly added date can also be a day the restaurant is closed, in which case the date enters the calendar without bookable dinner tables.
The short version: The release is daily, at 11:00 AM ET, and the book runs today plus 29 days. Speed matters, but cancellations matter too.
How to play it
- Be logged into Resy before 11:00 AM ET on the day your date enters the book.
- Watch the final 48 hours: in a room this small, one cancellation can be the entire inventory event.
- If nothing appears, do not assume a glitch. On a typical day, there may simply be nothing left to book.
The Anjelica's Playbook
Everything below is measured by our tracker or taken from the venue's own listing. Where the sample is thin, the row says so.
11:00 AM ET, daily. The book's edge flipped at 11:00:01-11:00:02 AM on November 2, 3 and 4 — three days running, timed to the second. For a table on December 4, the morning to be ready is November 4.
About 30 days — today plus 29. The “45 days” in press coverage is wrong.
The one prime table timed so far was a 5:00 PM, the earliest seating of the night. On November 3, the new date's dinner tables were gone by 11:20 AM.
Resy names two sections on this book: Dining Room and Heated Alleyway. Sampled slots put an early seating in the Dining Room and a late one in the Alleyway; which section prime tables land in is still measuring.
Dark Mondays and Tuesdays — every Monday and Tuesday in the current book reads closed, plus Thanksgiving and the day after. Prime sightings by weekday: still measuring.
The drop. The 11:00 AM release is the event, and it sold through in under 20 minutes on November 3. Cancellations are the second channel — a 5:00 PM surfaced late morning for that same evening on November 4.
Books on Resy. Standard tables book free; one configuration carries a $25 cancellation fee inside 2 hours. No deposit to book. The room is a BYOB. Resy's Notify is the waitlist for a sold-out date.
- Be logged into Resy before 11:00 AM ET on the day your date enters the book — today plus 29.
- Don't aim at a Monday or Tuesday; the room is dark.
- If the release misses you, watch the final 48 hours: in a room this small, one cancellation is the whole event.
- Take the 5:00 PM when it appears; it is the seating we actually see.
- Set an alert instead of refreshing; the release and the cancellations both move in minutes.

Daily at 11:00 AM ET, one new date at a time.

About 30 days — not the 45 days some coverage claims. We measured the roll.
Does TableHunt book for me?
No. TableHunt watches and alerts; you book it yourself, in your own account. Nothing is held, transferred, or resold.
Measured through November 4, 2026 · edgewatch (5-minute checks since Nov 2) + production watcher + tracker (3 sweeps).
How TableHunt helps
TableHunt watches the 11:00 AM edge and the rest of the book continuously. When a matching release or cancellation appears, you get a text with a direct booking link and book it yourself.
Last measured: November 3, 2026. Availability changes constantly; an alert is not a guarantee.
