TableHunt LLC ("TableHunt," "we," "us," or "our") operates TableHunt, a subscription service that monitors restaurant reservation availability and alerts subscribers when tables open up. TableHunt does not book reservations; subscribers book directly with the restaurant on its own platform. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, how we use it, and with whom we share it when you use our website and services.

Information We Collect

• Account details, including your name, email address, and mobile phone number.
• Hunt preferences, including the restaurants, dates, times, and party sizes you ask us to watch.
• Payment records. Card payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. TableHunt does not store full card numbers.
• Communications, including email and text messages you exchange with us, such as support requests.
• Service records, including alert delivery records and basic device and browser information collected when you use the website.

How We Use Information

• Operating your availability hunts and sending you alerts by email and text message.
• Managing your account and processing subscription payments.
• Providing customer support and responding to inquiries.
• Improving, securing, and preventing abuse of the service.

Text Messaging

TableHunt sends text messages from +1 (888) 213-0337 to subscribers who provided their mobile number and consented, when creating an account or when enabling text alerts. Message types include reservation availability alerts and account, billing, and service notifications. Message frequency varies with availability. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the service:

• Service providers that operate our systems, including Bird (MessageBird) for text messaging and email delivery, Stripe for payment processing, and our website and application hosting providers.
• When required by law, or to comply with legal process or a lawful request.

TableHunt monitors publicly available reservation information. We never access your accounts on Resy, OpenTable, SevenRooms, Tock, or any other reservation platform, and we never ask for those credentials.

Your Choices

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may manage alert and account preferences in your account settings. To update, correct, or delete your information, contact us using the details below.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, and we limit access to personnel and service providers who need it to perform their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
