These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services of TableHunt LLC ("TableHunt," "we," "us," or "our") and this website. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
TableHunt is a monitoring and alert service. We watch restaurant reservation availability on the platforms where restaurants choose to list their tables, and we notify subscribers when availability matching their hunts appears.
TableHunt does not book, hold, transfer, or resell reservations. Every booking is made by you, directly with the restaurant, on the platform of record, under your own account. TableHunt is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Resy, OpenTable, SevenRooms, Tock, or any restaurant. Availability can change at any moment; an alert means a table appeared to be open when we observed it, and is not a guarantee that it will still be available when you act or that a booking will succeed.
TableHunt offers free and paid subscription plans as described on this website and at signup. Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Stripe, recur until cancelled, and may be cancelled at any time, with access continuing through the end of the paid period. Plan features, billing, cancellation, and any refund terms are as stated at signup for the plan you choose.
TableHunt sends text messages from +1 (888) 213-0337 to subscribers who provided their mobile number and consented, when creating an account or when enabling text alerts. Messages include reservation availability alerts and account, billing, and service notifications.
You agree to use our services and website only for lawful purposes, to provide accurate account information, and not to interfere with the operation of the service. You agree not to use TableHunt in any way that violates the terms of a reservation platform or a restaurant's booking policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TableHunt's liability arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim. TableHunt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed reservations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
